Getting Started

Quickstart

Create your account, list your first show, and accept your first payment in under 10 minutes.

1. Create Your Account

Head to thebandpass.com/venue/onboarding if you run a venue, or /artist/onboarding if you're a performer. You'll need:

  • A valid email address (we'll send a magic link to verify)
  • Your legal business name and EIN if you're a venue, or your performer / band name if you're an artist
  • A bank account or debit card for receiving payouts (Stripe handles KYC)

No Credit Card Required

We never charge you anything to sign up. Fees only apply when tickets sell, and they come out of the buyer's payment — never your principal.

2. Configure Your Venue

If you're a venue, add a few things before your first show:

4. Connect a Payout Method

Go to Settings → Payouts. You can add as many destinations as you want:

  • Bank account via Stripe Connect — free, settles in 1-2 business days
  • Debit card — 1.5%, instant when eligible
  • Crypto and Cash App / Venmo — coming soon

Multiple Destinations

You can route different shows to different destinations, or split a single payout across multiple recipients (e.g., 70% to the artist's bank, 5% to the sound engineer's debit card, 25% to the venue's bank). See Split Payouts.
