Analytics & Data Ownership
Every metric that matters. Yours to keep, yours to export, yours to act on.
What Gets Tracked
The venue and artist dashboards surface metrics in five categories:
Category
Metrics
Sales
Gross revenue · tickets sold · sales velocity · pace vs comparable shows
Audience
Unique buyers · repeat rate · cohort distribution (new, returning, regular, diehard)
Geography
Top cities · distance traveled · out-of-state percentage
Marketing
Source attribution (IG, direct, search, email, referral) · UTM tracking
Conversion
Funnel from page-view to purchase · device split · time-to-purchase
Who Owns the Data
You do. Every buyer's email, name, city, purchase history, and consent state — for your shows — is yours.
You Own the Fan Relationship
Your fan list is yours. Export every email, send direct campaigns, and import contacts into your own tools (Mailchimp, etc.) at any time — one click each, no support ticket, no lock-in. The data stays portable because the relationship is yours, not ours.
CSV Exports
From any list view (Fans, Orders, Tickets, Payouts), click Export CSV. The file downloads instantly with these columns:
csv (fan list)
email,name,first_show,last_show,total_shows,
lifetime_spend_cents,city,state,consent_marketing,
consent_data_sharing,joined_atConsent fields reflect what each buyer agreed to at checkout. Buyers who opted out of marketing won't appear in marketing exports.
Compliance
Compliant with CCPA, CPRA (California), GDPR (EU), and PIPEDA (Canada). Fans can revoke consent at any time and request deletion — handled in the dashboard, not via email request.
