More Ways to Pay

Offering more ways to pay tends to lift conversion. As we enable each rail above, it turns on for every show automatically — with no extra fees to you for additional methods.

Anti-Bot Protection

Every checkout runs through real, in-code protections:

  1. Automated bot detection — every checkout, ticket transfer, and resale purchase is scored for automated traffic; suspected bots are blocked before they can hold inventory.
  2. Rate limiting — per-IP limits on checkout (10 per minute) and sign-ups (5 per hour per IP, 3 per day per account) stop velocity attacks.
  3. Per-buyer ticket cap — a configurable maximum per buyer per show (default 8), counted by normalized email so plus-tag and dotted-alias tricks don't turn one person into many.
  4. Disposable-email blocking — throwaway email domains are rejected at sign-up.

Resale at Face Value (Optional)

Enable this on any show to allow fans who can't attend to resell their tickets — but only at face value, only through the platform. The new buyer pays face value; the original seller receives platform credit for it (minus our resale fee), not a card refund. Prevents scalping without making fans eat the cost.

Fast Checkout

Checkout runs on Stripe Checkout — buyers select tickets, pay, and receive their ticket by email in a single flow. Saved payment methods via Link speed it up for repeat buyers.
